Pros
Work is fast paced and dynamic. Pay and benefits are decent. Many different job opportunities across refining and midstream. Decent job security. Great people at lower levels.
Cons
Culture has taken a nose dive and is spreading. Old school legacy marathoners still in charge in upper management at some plants and corporate refuse to acknowledge the culture shift. Poor culture is causing resignation. Plants can’t hire quick enough to fill gaps and attracting experienced talent is rare.
