The culture is horrific. They preach unity and diversity but continue good ol’ boy politics. They allow upper management to use HR like a firing squad. Old Markwest and I’m sure Andeavor have been ruined by acquisitions from a conglomerate that cannot manage what it has absorbed. Poor choices EVERYWHERE.
