Corporate and workplace culture has shifted dramatically since the Andeavor merger and change of the CEO. Does not feel like the same company at all, no sense of comradery. Benefits are being reduced even further. Work load increasing as employees leave with no additional pay or replacements in sight. Generally the mood of the workplace is unhappy. All townhall meetings feel like political jargon where they speak for an hour but manage to say nothing of value. No issues are ever addressed beyond "we will look into it." People are leaving at an alarming rate and upper management acts like its all a big surprise.
