Casual work environment, able to have tattoos, wear hats etc.
Cons
Tier system pay, which means the number of items you make per week dictates what you make an hour. If you miss that number by 1, you drop to a different tier. Though if you are super fast and not as concerned with quality, you can make top dollar.
