      Pros

      There are active efforts to improve the culture and keeping employees. Along with a huge hiring effort to improve leadership. The culture is good and improving. Good benefits, Great flexibility.

      Cons

      Has needed more leadership amongst the Platform (Dev, Product, QA) but this is getting better.

      Pros

      Excellent professional staff and a dedicated team. Close to home. Variety of patients. They promote peoeto the level of their incompetence.

      Cons

      Slick management that turn their eyes to wrong, if it propels their career forward. If they dont want to answer a question you never hear from them. Report it to JR and they get hot on it, until HR thinks they are doing their.. Too much paperwork and they cut charting time.
