      Too many management, not enough workers. Non clinical people make clinical decisions. Does not promote patient care - just coaching. Does not care about employees - just their clients and that does not mean patients Paint a very false picture of what your job will be Must use CTO if salary even if you work 40 plus hours - no comp time You will always work 40 plus hours No backup coverage EMR is cumbersome and difficult to navigate.

      Pros

      Excellent professional staff and a dedicated team. Close to home. Variety of patients. They promote peoeto the level of their incompetence.

      Cons

      Slick management that turn their eyes to wrong, if it propels their career forward. If they dont want to answer a question you never hear from them. Report it to JR and they get hot on it, until HR thinks they are doing their.. Too much paperwork and they cut charting time.
