      Pros

      The people are AWESOME! From the top down, people are approachable, caring and smart. I like my team and can say I have fun at work. I'm proud to play a small part in changing healthcare!

      Cons

      Seems like there is some friction related to flexible schedules and working from home. This has caused some coworkers frustration. Given what I know about other organizations in Burlington, the environment seems a little old school sometimes. The pros far outweigh the cons though.

      Pros

      Excellent professional staff and a dedicated team. Close to home. Variety of patients. They promote peoeto the level of their incompetence.

      Cons

      Slick management that turn their eyes to wrong, if it propels their career forward. If they dont want to answer a question you never hear from them. Report it to JR and they get hot on it, until HR thinks they are doing their.. Too much paperwork and they cut charting time.
