Leadership is exceptional and lives the mission- long tenure, extensive health care experience, bright, balanced, optimistic, and customer focused, yet not at the expense of the employee. Employees are hired for their head and their heart, hence exceptional place to work. All colleagues focused on providing exceptional care and service to clients.
Cons
The path for to management and expanded leadership roles last year was not clear. HR and leadership have addressed that fully.
