      My experience here has been remarkable. This company is interested in me as an individual, as a provider, and as a teammate. They are committed to employee health and happiness, as they know superb client care is a natural outflow of this. They are organized, informed, and educated on current organizational research and application of it. I cannot recommend Marathon Health any higher.

      Pros

      Excellent professional staff and a dedicated team. Close to home. Variety of patients. They promote peoeto the level of their incompetence.

      Cons

      Slick management that turn their eyes to wrong, if it propels their career forward. If they dont want to answer a question you never hear from them. Report it to JR and they get hot on it, until HR thinks they are doing their.. Too much paperwork and they cut charting time.
