Thank you for sharing your experience. You have mentioned you are a current employee, and you are mentioning that the office is a three BHK apartment. How it is possible? The professionals working/worked in this office know very well that we are in a posh 3000 sq.ft area, fully furnished like a multinational office and air-conditioned. We do not use any cooking gas as you have mentioned for the last 10 years in our office. We are located at Trade Square building, which is a glass façade completely commercial building where no residential homes/activities are carried out. With this I am sure that you never worked in our office. But even if it is a post from our competition, we appreciate and urge you to be professional embarrassing ethics while posting such comments to this forum, as many may misguided and will loose a golden opportunity of working in this esteemed organisation. Many of our staff members are working for more than 7-8 years and we have staff members working here since 1995! In Mumbai, you can seldom find an ambience like that of ours in the mid segment of the software industry. If you are really a current employee as a HR Manager I am surprised- why you didn’t contact me since Team Maraekat is always looking forward to have a group of happy minds to attain higher goals for growth, as we are pitching through an exponential growth trajectory.
