      Pros

      Nice people, but very strict and couldn’t have fun. Weren’t even allowed to talk to the other staff on the shop floor and got treated like children by management. Had good perks, good support and training

      Micromanagement No room or very little room for progression Very low commission : 0.6% jewellery, 0.4% SPBs, 0.2% Rolex Slow to no action from management Minimal support Selling “Care” product as a KPI is ridiculous
