Pros

Good opportunities to earn some decent commission. Can make some lovely friends both in the team and the clients. Steady and stable job.

Cons

Expected to juggle lots of clients needs without help or consideration from management. Stresses from the top are too often pushed down to the retail teams and communications are never positive or motivating. Frustrating lack of clarity across the group and stores do not support another. Weirdly political for a retail environment. More often than not you take the mental weight home with you, so the shift never ends.

Micromanagement No room or very little room for progression Very low commission : 0.6% jewellery, 0.4% SPBs, 0.2% Rolex Slow to no action from management Minimal support Selling “Care” product as a KPI is ridiculous
