Pros
The best thing about working at MLSE are the regular everyday people you meet. For the most part you'll meet some interesting people who could be lifelong friends or enemies!
Cons
Senior management who do not appreciate the efforts of the staff. They do so by treating the employees like a number rather then by a person. All employees are treated in a socialist matter; where the employee who works their butt off can be fired due to some non-sense bureaucratic rule like attendance.
