      This job pays almost minimum wage and you are basically the cleaner. Little office work. Incompetent and lazy managers make the situation worse and there are no opportunities to advance. There is a high turnover

      It's a great job with good pay and awesome benefits. They really value their employees which is hard to find in a large company these days

      Really no cons to this job. You have to be a people person, enjoy sales and be ok with some janitorial duties
