Pros
Great work life balance and really interesting work. Smart and helpful coworkers.
Cons
Not a ton of direction/vision from leadership. They throw a bunch of cool ideas at you but not necessarily with business relevance or long term vision in mind.

- Get to rub shoulders with super smart and professional coworkers.
- Excellent hardware and dev tools provided by the company.
Cons
Occasional tug-of-war between fast pace of growth and adherence to project management best practices, but this struggle is acknowledged and thankfully, management is committed to continual efforts to improve our processes as we grow.
