- No Proper management - Very less salary compared to other companies in market - Salary hike after a year will be 5-6%. Even if your in billing project. I have seen my colleagues who got 3% too because he worked for 8 months only. To get 5-6% you have to work 1 year. - The projects here are pathetic... They want to develop an ERP within 2-3 months...
