lack of accountability for under performers and bullies; does not uphold values or handbook rules/guidelines; Resource Center is an actual joke - "investigations" are a check-box and no actual action is taken. Removed all references to Diversity and Inclusion. Regularly let people go as part of a "reduction in workforce" but then rehires same position with lesser title.
