Pros
It's a decent facility (DT Milwaukee HQ) with some very friendly co-workers and some perks like free parking, some workouts and an OK cafeteria. It's a rapid and dynamic industry as well.
Cons
The main con is their off-shore IT obsession. They constantly try to move things off-shore and then pull back some when it fails. Most of the company accepts it and works around the sub-par help desk and IT support as a result. However, other managers get frustrated and escalate to IT management who then force the on-shore IT staff to cater to the managers at the expense of their regular duties. If your management doesn't like the work of the off-shore resources, then don't use that model or at least tell those managers to stop complaining about IT spend.
