I was fortunate enough to manage a branch very close to my home, hence I was able go home for lunch and save money.
Cons
Management are only concerned with numbers/$$ to the bottom line.the way this company is structured, there's no room for growth once you hit Branch Manager status:your RD has to retire or resign first.
