I learned a lot about what corporate America is all about - both good and the really bad. - Anonymous employee ManpowerGroup Employee Review

Pros

If you work as an employee in a branch, you will learn so much about what does and doesn't work when you are looking for your next job. They will train just about anyone, even if they don't have prior experience, so it can be a good place to get your start in the workplace.

Cons

Cutbacks, layoffs and continuous losses since 2008 have created a cutthroat, paranoid office culture where everyone is afraid that they are next. If you are an associate (temporary) worker, it is hit or miss depending on the branch staff at your location. In my state, there are lots of offices with different levels of employee commitment, skill and experience.
