Great opportunity to engage and provide B2B employee lifecycle service solutions.

Cons

Infrastructure to support sales was a work in progress. As the company began to acquire other domestic as well as international companies, the value proposition became murky. Still, frontline sales and management professionals were measured on cross selling and delivering end to end business solutions. Without having the infrastructure in place to support sales and marketing, customers were left lacking. The brand was/is too big to less than clear as far as communicating the company's specific expertise.
