      I started at Manpower before I had childern. Manpower has allowed me the flexibility to have a career and raise a family.

      Cons

      The only con is working harder than the year before and still not hitting your numbers.

      Set schedule. Team work environment. Great coworkers. Decent pay. Benefits.

      Cons

      12 hour shifts. Point system for absences, with or without a doctor's note you still get a point for missing.
