Pros
Good people in the individual contributor roles. Some impressive tenure throughout the U.S.
Cons
Leadership hires are have little to NO industry experience or knowledge. Manage by spreadsheet and pay no attention to issues, challenges or motivation/retention of current team. Very poor on the fulfillment side for clients. Over promise/Under deliver message constantly. Play favorites around tenure and cliques vs. promote on accomplishments and merit. Leadership skills are lacking in most at VP level and up. If you like micro-management, this is the place for you! Extremely poor internal communication and a high degree of spin control. Do not take ant individual contributor or management/director level advice, ideas or input. Way too many meetings for the sake of meetings, big time wasters. Business transformation was poorly developed and the rollout was worse. Manpower is struggling to gain market share, and will lose even more under the current leadership and organizational chart. Attempting to go from a service culture to a sales culture, however, they eliminated all of their sales leadership?!? Run, don't walk away from this organization...at best, check back in two years, after the dust has settled on this new look division of the ManpowerGroup.
