The only pro is that Diane (Corporate Franchise Owner) is still able to hold onto the Corporate Manpower name to still compete against some of the other staffing firms in the WV area, seeming attractive to some job seekers. (At first)
Cons
Internally her office experience near 100% turnover from poor management, zero corporate compliance, inability to quickly fill positions for clients due to inefficient, archaic processes, and a franchise operating rogue from Manpower corporate standards.
