      Pros

      Thanks to ethnic minority ownership and political connections, the firm gets what could be very nice commissions. Many people don't seem to work much overtime.

      Cons

      Manning Architects is creatively brain dead. The technical skill level is also pretty low. There is lots of inter-office politics. Their reputation as a notorious hire-and-fire operation is accurate and well-deserved.

      Some of the best people I have ever worked with; Amazing health insurance and other benefits; Genuine Environment

      Cons

      On months with three Fridays, we have a three week pay period; CEO is generally nice but can take pushback as disrespect; Some employees claim to have been taken advantage of for their time
