Pros

Management was approachable and there were opportunities to learn, especially if you're just starting out.

Cons

the salary was disappointing decent place if you’re looking for experience and a good environment, but not ideal if salary and financial stability are your priorities.

Pros

- Okay interview process. - Good exposure to brands and other PR agencies. You learn a lot with handling advice from management and setting client expectations. - Fun department heads. Management and HR are barely present, though. - Sometimes free food and all other gifts from clients. - Cute and modern cafe at front. - Pride in working at one of the nation's oldest newspapers, perhaps.

Cons

- Old office. Old bathrooms. Rats come and go. Old values. Everything is archaic. If you're looking for old Intramuros vibes, here you go. - Zero onboarding. You can only get regularized after 11 months. - No obvious career trajectory (HR and management needs to upgrade their team). Burnout is real. - Salary issues and no discussed salary growth. Learn to be proactive to discuss your salary. - Tight deadlines, but much expected in a media company. - Colleagues can be passive-aggressive. Learn to not trust easily. Found out that the senior members are the ones who can be more friendlier.
