Pros

Great people. Nice studios. Work/Life balance. PTO. Benefits

Cons

How many leadership positions have the executive team hired and subsequently fired within a year or less? They preach transparency, but it's all empty promises. There is growth potential at Manifest. HR makes you fill out your own job titles. No bonuses and raises are few and far between. Studio parties have been cancelled and budgets have been cut. Salary increases aren't communicated clearly or delivered on time. Constant lay-offs. Pay isn't competitive. Once Wicks smells blood in the water, they'll sell and everyone will be gone.

Pros

Nice, smart people, collaborative environment.

Cons

Jobs are very subject to market volatility. When brands don't make money, they often cut back on content.

Pros

Most colleagues are nice and collaborative. Decent benefits. Competitive pay for an agency. Flexible work environment.

Cons

Post-merger layoffs spread out over several months. Homogeneous culture with minimal diversity. Laid off “for performance” after confirming upcoming PTO for a religious holiday that was only days away (and that I had requested months in advance), so take that as you will. Had to fight for unemployment benefits afterward. From a business standpoint, minimal client diversity. One major client rules the roost and causes reevaluation of staff and resources on quarterly basis. Not a sustainable business model in the current economic climate.
