Cold work atmosphere - Anonymous employee Manifest Climate Employee Review

Leadership was cold and disrespectful to each other at times. It seemed like everyone was afraid of the CEO, probably because if you said the wrong thing, she may respond with something subtly insulting. The whole leadership team seemed closed off to new ideas and unwelcoming of new people. My manager would speak badly of other department heads, and it all quite unprofessional and toxic. I did not work here for long.
