Nothing comes to mind. New office we moved recently moved into is great.

No desk fees or monthly firm charges. This office taught me to raise my standards.

The office is an older building, which is fine, but it is DIRTY. The office is never cleaned. The bathroom is disgusting, people leave their toothbrushes out on the dirty sink, nasty floors covered with bodily fluid, and filthy toilet (there is only 1) I would go out of my way to avoid bringing clients back to the office, but sometimes it was not avoidable—-SO embarrassing to be out with clients acting professional and then having to bring them back to that pig pen….never knowing if I was going to walk into a loud inappropriate rant by the principal broker and his family (nepotism runs strong here) You pretty much need to already know what you’re doing or be able to train yourself. I was mislead by the fake reviews on this site and on other similar sites.
