The support department and its management team are probably one of the safest spaces in the company.

A lot of micro managers in the upper management
The core values seem to be more of an excuse to overwork or micromanage individual contributors rather than real daily guidelines
Diversity and inclusion went down the drain as soon as the American Equity Fund parachuted in some of the new execs.
