      Pros

      Company itself seems great, from what you hear from the higher ups and that meet the team in Spain. Bonus program is good, if you can make the high goals.

      Cons

      The 2 managers in charge in the US are a clique and make decisions based on who is a part of their group. They will fire anyone and everyone at the drop of a hat. I’ve never seen so many terminations in my 30 years in retail.

      Competitive pay range, ability to be promoted quickly

      Cons

      Unprofessional management from district manager level up to regional team. No support in achieving business metrics. Unachievable sales targets, based on no market research. No accountability from anyone. All blame for store business is put onto store manager.
