      Pros

      You meet a lot of people from different backgrounds.

      Cons

      There was luck of communication with the managerial team that led to poor decision making along the way. Long hours, sometimes overtime. In some cases if there wasn't enough people we had to take over another position such as helping the stockroom etc.

      Competitive pay range, ability to be promoted quickly

      Cons

      Unprofessional management from district manager level up to regional team. No support in achieving business metrics. Unachievable sales targets, based on no market research. No accountability from anyone. All blame for store business is put onto store manager.
