- very work life balance, work from 07:30-16:30 - superiors are understanding of any type of leave for personal life/needs - Have shuttle car for commuting PP home-office - No high work pressure, boss listens to your ideas - it's okay to make mistakes, sometimes will get coaching - kind genuine environment. you can form genuine friends here, also with your boss
Cons
- many senior people, very few genZ. Ways of the system is outdated - very slow career path. Many (senior) superiors stay in the company for a long time, making the subordinates get stuck career-wise -advertising-wise want to grow fast with new fresh ways, but the system and other coordinating departments are not ready for fast pace - low salary base (but give overtime compensation)
