Flat structure, extremely approachable senior management all of whom sit within the open plan (amazing) office. Mando must have one of the most spacious and comfortable agency offices in the North West, with a huge terrace for the summer, massive fully kitted out kitchen and dining area, multiple breakout zones, fantastic views from the fourth floor. Fantastic and focused HR structure and processes with integrated mental health and wellbeing team. Extremely well-managed recruitment processes ensure people are hired based on cultural fit - so everyone in the Mando family is a fit; no egos, no divas -- but bags of talent and expertise. Impressive benefits for the size, regular social events, some big clients and growing...

There is relatively little movement in management across the business, positions of leadership largely owned by those who have been around for a while. It is clear that additional introduction of mentorship, management, and leadership could alleviate some of the burdens from the senior team and also pour fresh experience and expertise into areas of the business crying out for fresh ownership.
