Underfunded, resulting in stagnant pay and poorly maintained equipment. Overpromising customers leading to unrealistic deadlines, constant unpaid overtime and a culture of misleading customers down the line. A low level of respect between managers and staff was mutual and pervasive. Women are put at a severe disadvantage, assuming they hire women in the first place.
