      The kids, benefits, professional development opportunities.

      Cons

      Exhausting work load that was undoable. Too many kids to adults ratios. Expected to run classroom like a “school” but treated like “daycare” staff. No support from admin.

      Pros

      You can challenge yourself in lesson planning, and creativity. It's a great experience for those in a field where you are going to be working or teaching K-5

      Cons

      Stress, but that can be managed like any other. The good will always outweigh the bad. It's a great job and there really are no real Cons.
