      >You can proactively take work in any domain >Exposure to industrial/corporate tools

      Cons

      >bad management, there can be no work for 3-4 days or suddenly lot of work even during holidays and weekends >no leaves granted >late night meetings(happen everyday) can go on till 12am >more of interns than actual seniors
