Good benefits and payment plan

No real lead generation source or training process. Very good job for an experienced salesman but if you don't have experience it will be tough.

Its a small company, so you get opportunities to really know your coworkers and what they do for the company.

Very corporate culture for a tech company. Departments within the company tend to be very segregated with poor communication. Employees tend to be negative towards the company and management. Very little room for career progression.
