You get paid biweekly Besides Management, other employees are great people
Cons
Has little care for tenured employees. Wants you to have high level output with low level pay. Work life balance is lacking to say the least. Hard to get PTO approval. Micromanagement. Managers keep an eye on when people come in and leave expecting high level output. Management says there is opportunity for growth but the more responsibility you take the more you will get condemned for your mistakes and less likely to get acknowledged for your efforts for going above and beyond.
