- incompetent management: has no clue what to do to improve overall situation and quality (no understanding of engineering), avoiding tough questions or decisions, not accepting constructive feedback - toxic working environment, blame culture - nepotism - depending on the team/department, no work-life balance - disrespect for employees and their effort is demonstrated constantly even during all-hands meetings - unrealistic and constantly changing goals, no long term strategy - all benefits were cancelled or "hidden" (4dww, learning days/budgets, etc.) - employees are valued not for their competence, insights and abilities but for conformism - people were randomly fired without good explanations
