Pros
barely any pros. The pay is okay but No free food no free coffee (considered stealing) no free pasteries oh and all the food is frozen even the waffles croissants it’s all a joke.
Cons
Severe unprofessionalism all around. Cycle out employees like crazy. Don’t think there is anyone that has been there over a year. Managers are abusive regional people don’t care about anything but their money. We can’t eat for free or drink. No care for the staff the managers will throw you under the bus if they did something wrong. I’ve been there 2 months and at least 5 people have just walked out. And then they expect their underpaid staff to cover those walk outs. Managers are tipped in even when they are doing their manager duties. Oh and I was hired as a barista a lead barista, but have seen MAYBE one barista shift a week and I’m working 49 hours. Another thing they play with your wages and will take months to reply if you have any problems with it. They truly do not care about their staff it is so apparent the corporate people will come down and treat the staff like children. Also you are serving mostly tourists who don’t tip. They have you work events but not get tipped in for the event. The problems here are endless. There is a reason no one not even the managers have been here over a year. I’ve had managers just walk out and quit in my 2 months.
