Pros
Free lunches, health care, matching 401k, friendly employees Middle management is great, they actually are open and care for you and how you wish to advance your career. Coworkers are also all great and there is a real sense of community in each department however people generally stay to their groups.
Cons
Malouf's upper management creates a facade of everything being great and wonderful however this is all a front. They consistently claim the market is the root of all issues but there are always back orders for items out of stock or allocated to other retailers. They preach transparency and that they're open about issues but then have surprise layoffs that not even managers are made aware of. There is very clear favoritism that is shown sadly on a daily basis.
