We’re sorry you feel that there is unfairness in the leadership structure of our company. Please consider that you may not have full insight into the business needs, the data being provided to support those needs, and the conversations between the leaders you reference regarding what success looks like. Your perception of continual failure resulting in promotion based on a family connection to our CEO is inaccurate and damaging – we’d ask that you consider if you may be participating in a rumor mill that serves neither you nor the company.
We strive to provide career development opportunities for all our employees. If you haven’t spoken with your manager regarding your career aspirations, please consider this a call to action to do so. While we want to do everything we can to support your career advancement, ultimately your career is your responsibility. Help us help you by communicating what you need with the people who are here to support you.
Additionally, you’ve indicated that you lack an understanding of the state of the company. We have discussed the state of the company across several town halls, companywide meetings, manager meetings, and in our new newsletter this month.
