No work-life balance, management is unavailable when needed and when you are finally given the time of day they do not even have the decency to give you their full attention. If you are meeting "face to face" there is no eye contact and they are either on their phone or computer. Phone calls are often unreturned and conversations are interrupted and then never resumed, which communicates that your questions/concerns are not important enough to be given any attention. Hard work and dedication go unrecognized. Regularly work at least 50 hours a week, sometimes more and when you reach out for help you are either brushed off or made to feel incompetent. Local management is dishonest, unsupportive and unavailable. They regularly go behind your back and your clients are not naïve, they see the way you conduct business and express their concerns about your lack of competence and involvement.
