The people that have and continue to work under current leadership/management are amazing and talented. They deserve a great agency.

Undervalued, underpaid, under appreciated - relegated to numbers from their parent company. Layoffs every quarter with no regard to the optics to clients or morale of remaining staff. No engaging or exciting content production as it's had in years past and it's near impossible to draw in new business. Complete lack of direction with priorities shifting almost monthly since the company was acquired a few years ago.
