Pros
The people that work here and make up the creative teams are some of the most talented, hard working people I know. They are all young, fresh out of school, and super easy to get along with. I've made great friends working here.
Cons
Everything else. The management is so terrible at this place you'll regularly be working 11+ hour days if you're on a technical team because of communication issues that could easily be solved by hiring managers who know how to handle client requests. If a client asked for the moon and stars at 5 pm on a Friday, you're giving it to them, regardless of your personal life/family obligations/health issues. Work here if you want to be part of the "Malka family" aka work so many hours you literally won't have time to shower or take care of yourself, and live with the constant fear that you'll be getting fired. You're expected to give everything to this company but will be constantly disrespected and pushed around by higher-ups. Please, please, look somewhere else. A full snack cabinet and a beer fridge mean nothing when you're already burnt out at 25. Give your time, talent and energy to a company that will care.
