Terrible place to work attitudes are terrible avoid working here at all costs

Flexible working hours were the only positive

- Negative corporate culture - High turnover of staff/ low staff morale - Management tactics border on bullying - Poor working conditions at Renfrew (fabrication facility had health and safety in multiple times) - No real standards in place - Lack of real training - Job description different to the tasks asked to undertake - Salaries lower than industry standard - Covid protocols completely disregarded at times to push work out the door - Open discussions in meetings about contractors being let go of (very unprofessional)
