Pros
Very active and caring HR department that works hard to inprove the working lives of the employees. Malin was a place I wanted to grow and retire with which lead me to work really hard to learn everything about the company and the industry.
Cons
Ownership and upermanagement gives very little attention to office worker positions. Most positions have been converted to remote positions that offer little to zero face-to-face training. My manager didn't seem to do anything besides show up in meetings and pass judgement when his bottom line was being threatened. I only saw them a hand full of times and their focus seemed to be more about how much of the process could be automated to make themself work less without concerning themselves with how well equipped the employees were. Rather than making sure employees are properly trained they just turn them loose and let them go at first sign of failure.
