Being part of the STEMCELL group of companies also means there is the closeness of working for a smaller group with the benefits of being part of the largest science company in Canada.

An Executive Director who is no longer at the company was difficult to work for.

Malachite is a great place to work at, with great people. The work you do is meaningful and the wider company makes you proud to be a part of their journey. I miss working at Malachite and miss the people, overall I would highly recommend.

There is limited room for growth within the company but my experience was invaluable and has helped me on my overall career path.
