Pros

There is no positive thing.

Cons

Highly Unprofessional and Toxic Environment The company operates with complete disregard for professionalism, basic human respect, and proper workflow. • There is no proper hierarchy, and leadership treats employees like they do not matter. The company heads are incredibly arrogant and use inappropriate tone and indecent language, which is entirely unacceptable, especially toward female employees. •The management has zero understanding of standard professional boundaries. •The most critical issue is that salaries are never credited on time. You are forced to wait 15 to 20 days late just to aid for your hard work and there is no job security.

Pros

Work environment is supportive and people are generally friendly. There are good learning opportunities, especially if you’re working with modern tech stacks. The work culture is flexible and work-life balance is decent most of the time. Team members are helpful and people usually support each other when needed. You get the chance to work on real projects, which helps in gaining practical experience.

Cons

I don’t think there are many cons to mention. Since the company is still in a growing phase, workload or pressure can sometimes increase, but that’s quite normal and actually helps in learning and gaining experience. Other than that, I haven’t really come across any major downsides during my tenure so far.
